Mr. Ibrahim's "S9 Made Simple" book is quite useful and thorough for the tasks he describes. Now I've gone from an iPhone 3SG, which I had for 10 years, to this significantly more advanced device, and the books has been very helpful in bridging the technological differences. It does lack an Index, but the Table of Contents is to finely specified that for most tasks, an index is unnecessary. I've noticed something that's a problem for me, irrespective of the book. Apple has integrated a number of tasks in its devices that are independent of the communication provider. However, the Samsung device appears to be more dependent on the carrier, in my case, AT&T. Now AT&T must have the absolute worst customer service in this industry. It took five hours over two days just to adjust the billing from the Apple device to the Samsung device. Meanwhile, I've spent over ten hours with AT&T CS or its Website, MyATT, to little avail with couple of still unsolved problems. All information appears to be partitioned into this department or that, and one CS person only deals with one set of issues, knowing nothing about a second set. "This is for your security," I keep hearing: bla, bla, bla. When we know the Russians, North Koreans, and China has probably hacked the damn data, you'd think AT&T managers would properly train its personnel, so they can answer and SOLVE any issue related to a device. Alas, they CANNOT, and the result -- as is the case in most corporation-dominated industries -- is that the company STEALS TIME, too much time, unnecessarily. Which means, getting back to the book, it's a good thing that authors like Mr. Ibrahim provides clear descriptions of tasks that make using this device easier.
Very good overall reference for the S9/S9+. Some of the print for the examples is a little light, but can still be read.

Poorly printed as to print and graphics quality, organization, content severely lacking and biased towards bloatware. I DO NOT recommend.
